Members must qualify to serve on the Board of Directors or Credit Committee. Qualifications include:

• Active membership in the Credit Union
• Bondability by the Credit Union's surety bond provider
• A working familiarity with basic finance and accounting practices
• Ability to fulfill the duties of the position
