Call 1-800-325-3678 immediately if you believe your credit card has been lost or stolen. You will be asked for:

• Your credit card number
• The date you noticed your card was missing
• The date and amount of your last purchase, if known

Call 1-800-523-4175 immediately if you believe your Debit card has been lost or stolen. Losing a card is stressful, but you are protected. In keeping with our security policy, you will not lose more than $50 if you notify us within two business days of the card's loss or theft. If you do not tell us within two business days, you could lose as much as $500. 

If you believe your password for Virtual Branch has been stolen:

1. Change your password immediately. Log on to Virtual Branch and follow the instructions to change your password.

2. Call us at 312-751-3111.
